I. Processed personal data, legal basis and periods of processing

We may collect, store and process the following kinds of personal data:

- information about your computer and about your visits to and use of the Website (in particular: your IP address, geographical location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, time and length of visit, page views, website navigation), which we process on the basis of our legitimate interests with the purpose of statistics and administration of the Website, and direct marketing during the period, until we complete those activities or until you effectively exercise the right to object, using profiling with your consent until you withdraw the consent;

- information necessary to render services available on the Website (in particular: e-mail address, name and surname, address, tax identification number, bank account number, transaction number, content of the shopping cart) and information connected with registration on the Website (in particular e-mail address, login, password), which we process on the basis of performance of a contract defined in the Terms and Conditions with the purpose of conclusion of the contract, enforcing it and terminating it during the time of conclusion and exercising the contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interests with the purpose of enforcement of claims connected with the contract and to ensure security of the data provided by the users under the registration on the Website, during the period of 6 years from the end of the year of completion of the contract or its termination, or until you effectively exercise the right to object, but not less than till completion of exercising the claims connected with the contract and expiration of the limitation period for claims, and on the basis of the legal obligations stipulated in the Accountancy Act and in the Tax Law during the periods indicated in these regulations (currently pursuant to Article 74 of the Accountancy Act and Article 32 § 1 of the Tax Law that period consists of 5 years from the beginning of the year following the financial year which is related to the respective data);

- information that you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing the Website news services, in particular email notifications and/or newsletters (e-mail address), which we process on the basis of your consent during the period when these services are active and/or until the consent is withdrawn;

- information necessary for communication with you (in particular e-mail address, name and surname, phone number and communication content), which we process on the basis of our legitimate interests with the purpose of communicating with you and to defend us from claims, during the period of 6 years from the end of the year in which the communication ended, or until you effectively exercise the right to object.

Ia. Automated individual decision-making including profiling

The data which we process may be used by us or our collaborators to automated individual decision-making exclusively within the scope of advertising our services on other websites. This is carried out in such way, that our collaborators, which are rendering advertisement services to us, may create a profile of your interests and show you advertisements of our services on the websites of third parties. The collaborators use cookies or similar technologies which register that you have visited our Website or that you have used our services. However, you can be subject to profiling only upon your voluntary consent which we ask you when you visit our Website. If you do not consent profiling, you will not be subject to profiling. You can withdraw the consent for profiling at any time by notifying us in that respect to our e-mail address or in your account settings, if you have one, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

II. Cookies

The Website uses cookies which make us possible to adjust the Website to the needs of its users by preparing and analysing of statistics of use of the Website by them. The statistics do not refer to personal data of the Website users.

III. Recipients of data

We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.
